This shop gave me one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a shop. I came in for bike handles and they offered to put on whatever ones I purchased. The next thing I know, the person is telling me I owe $90. He took the liberty of performing multiple services on my bike that I didn’t ask for and could have done myself. I will never go back to this shop.

Yes, masks are required by all including staff. We also ask that you try and maintain six feet between other patrons and staff, and when applicable not to lean on the counters. We also have an extensive cleaning protocol each evening.
