I lost an item at this location and it's pretty obvious housekeeping found the item and didn't turn it in! That makes me furious because it's a priceless item and it would've been nice if they were nice enough to turn it in but they didn't. They just played dumb when I kept asking about the lost item. If you stay here don't leave anything behind bc you'll never see it!

My son was stranded and needed a room for the night. I was able to book for him from across the country. The staff made his checkin seamless and made sure he was comfortable for the night. Excellent service!

USbetter5gN the Hilton in Scottsdale, friendly staff; well furnished rooms. Accommodations simplified by front desk. we were half and hour early, however the front desk wA still able to check us in with our last minute request.

This lovely hotel features suites with separate sleeping and living areas. The kitchenette was an added bonus for our extended stay. The breakfasts in the morning were delicious and the kitchen staff was most helpful. The front desk staff was knowledgeable and prompt. We would definitely choose this hotel again when staying in Gilbert!
