BEWARE - Buy your cart elsewhere! I purchased a 2017 rebuilt cart from them in October 2020. It came with a new set of Trojan batteries. Per their instructions, I kept the cart plugged in when not in use and checked the water levels each month. After about a year, the cart would not hold a charge so I took it in for servicing (it cost me $75 each way to have them pick the cart up). They thought the issue was the charger and that it needed a firmware update, which they did and said that looks like it fixed the issue. Three weeks ago, it apparently was happening again and the yellow low charge light was coming on after only 10-15 minutes of use and this was after being charged all night. This time I rented a U-Haul trailer ($24) and took it in myself. They had the cart for three weeks. Joe, the service manager called and said they had done two load tests and found that two of the batteries were bad, and since they were only 18 months old they were covered under warranty. He replaced them and I paid some $52 for the labor and picked it up again using the U-Haul (another $24). At that time Joe also said the batteries had acceptable electrolyte levels. When I got the cart home, I immediately put it in the garage and plugged it in not using it until the next morning. I drove it for less than 15 minutes and again the yellow light came on. I called Joe again who wanted me to check the lights on the charger to see if there were any faults showing; there were not. He then said he was at a loss and thought the only option at that point was to replace the remaining batteries and he wanted to do some more checking. Three days went by and I didn't hear a thing despite leaving an email and voicemail. Today I finally got a call from the owner; John. As a customer, I have rarely been treated so rudely and he also contradicted his own service manager in addition to throwing him under the bus. He was literally yelling at me and would not give me a chance to explain my side of this story. He said that Joe should not have replaced the two batteries as they were not in warranty because the batteries would TAKE a charge. The fact that they only lasted 15 minutes was not a warranty-able issue. He also said they were likely going bad because the electrolyte levels were bad insinuating it was due to my poor maintenance. Joe specifically told me the electrolyte levels were fine. He ended up with he wasn't willing to do anything else for me unless I wanted to buy 6 new batteries. I will never do business with them again and will encourage all of my friends and family to stop as well. It's one thing to not stand up for the products you see;l, it's another to be treated so rudely by the owner. There are lots of other places to go for your golf cart needs and I would strongly suggest that you go there and not use Golf Cart Parts Company.

Drove from Atlanta with a load for them and I'm still here because they won't let me unload my truck till Monday I feel like any business should at least accept the goods they are expecting ....when so ever they do finally arrive I'm just driving the truck I I can't go till I get the go ahead

I am very happy with my purchase of my 2018 ezgo golf cart from Golf Cart Parts Company. Customer service is wonderful. There was a problem with the brakes on the cart so I called them. They picked up the cart the next day, replaced it with new brakes, and dropped it back off at no cost! Such great service! I could not have asked for better service! I love my golf cart, and I will definitely be recommending them to friends, family, or anyone looking to purchase or repair Golf carts. Thank you!

Golf Cart Parts and their employees will go above and beyond for their customers! My wife and I worked with Tim Short and he was incredible. We decided to build a cart from scratch and Tim was there to answer questions whenever we needed him and made sure we felt like we were his number one priority.
