Hillbilly's has been a go to for our family for years now. As always the food is fantastic. Great BBQ ribs and great steak. I miss the old school decor, new location is too brightly lit for my tastes. But the food and service more than makes up for the lighting.

This is the second time I ordered beef brisket and they brought me pork. The first time they offered to switch it out but I left thinking that someone might do something to my food. On the second visit they said it was beef and I asked why then put barbecue sauce on it? She couldn't answer that. I'm waiting for a hamburger right now. Anyway, I've been here dozens of times and the food has always been great - just don't order beef brisket - and the waitresses will, well - they seem to be conflicted regarding what they served. Also, you may want to order sauces on the side; otherwise, they'll smother your food in it. They brought the hamburger and it was delicious but I didn't order cheese with it. Ate it anyway then paid.

Yes the new location is open only
You definitely need to let them know that you need a server for that many people. They do have nice area. The private space could be available. Just call them ASAP. I was just there. They were very busy due to a private party.
Like everywhere else mask on until seated. Some seating is closed for social distancing.
I am also not certain, but there is one in Mcadenville but I have heard that it is in the process of moving to Lowell down near C & S Distributors
