Kayla at this location, hands down, the BEST. She is quick, to the point, while still gentle. The receptionist here, Whitney, I believe, is the absolute sweetest lady. She is always nice and kind when I come in, and it’s clear she loves her job. All of the employees I’ve met here seem like they genuinely enjoy it and the place is spotless. Nothing better than a clean spa with nice people, helps you to relax for sure! I’ll never go anywhere else again.

Today was my second time at this location. I usually go to the Buford location, but didn’t want to make the drive. The first time was good, but this time I had to book with someone else because the women I saw last time wasn’t available. The woman I was scheduled with today did not do a thorough job. I have patches of hair around my ankles and she tried to not wax multiple parts of my body. I was there for a full body and my eyebrows. I was in and out in less then 30 minutes. She seemed to just do the basics to get me in and out so she could take walk in as well. If they are going to raise the cost of services, at least do a good job.

I have been coming here for a few months, the experience is always great. I usually get waxed by Nikki but just recently LaToya waxed me. Both are great and wonderful to talk to. This place has great vibes and even if you don't have an appointment walk-ins don't have to wait too long.
