Pro's: Our server Heather was amazing, the stars are for her and the potatoes that came with our breakfast. Cons: What was up with the Chicken Fried Steak?? Its a favorite for my son and I for breakfast so we both ordered it. When we went to dig in as in cut a piece for a bite, the coating "batter" immediately separated completely from the meat (which is a very thin piece of hamburger) we even tried cutting it slowly and carefully to have the dish hold itself together and it still separated every time. So now we are trying to get a piece of meat on the fork and then scooping a piece of the batter on top of it to try and have this dish. It was horrible and either someone new didn't know how to prepare this or they are in need of a new recipe. I didn't see other reviews with this complaint and people definitely would, especially if they love this dish. I have a feeling it was an error with either the batter recipe today or whoever was doing the cooking. Also, this place is small so you are forced to wait outside till a table is ready. It was already 106 degrees when we got there and started our wait. My son and his fiance' handled it gracefully, but I'm an older lady and found it difficult to stand outside in the heat like that. We would maybe try this place again as we like supporting family owned restaurants but it would have to be when the weather is more pleasant for the wait outside and we'll also try a different menu item.

Me and my husband had a nice breakfast here. It was our first time eating here. It was so cute and personable. The waitress was really nice! They have really great fresh omelets and fruit. I got a veggie omelet that I wasn't even able to finish because it was so filling! My husband got a bacon and cheese omelet.

Excellent dining experience!! Loved the breakfast choices. Menu has so many options. After ordering, the food came out fast. Everything was delicious and the staff are so nice and efficient. You will not regret eating here.

Super cute little breakfast/lunch spot in downtown Gilbert. Arrived with a party of 3 around 8:45am on a Sunday and was seated right away. Very cozy and cute decor. Food was great and so was the service - super happy with our experience!
