Well it depends how dependant the person is on the walker.
You could not take the walker into the mine, and you have to contend with getting on and off the train where you sit straddling the bench seat.. If you can make do with a cane, you could do this.

It depends. Yes, some of the tour would be too difficult. It is difficult for some people who have no need of a walker. But the ride on the mining train into the heart of the mountain is the biggest thing. Also, some areas are flat. It is a unique opportunity and not that costly. Go for it!

I would not suggest it. There is a train ride in, but the walking part is very rocky with changing elevations.
