Why does this store have the worst customer service in store & telephone!!! If you hate your job then look for another!! No one has you there but you....... so don't make us (customer) miserable along with you!! JS

I agree and you cant pay cash at self service registers? Wth? So i have a few items and have to stand in regular line behind ppl w full carts?

This is probably the worst Wal-Mart in Phoenix and I've been to some bad ones 😑

Isn't that EVERY Walmart in the country. I hardly EVER get anyone on the phone & if I do they hang up. It usually takes 45 minutes of calling back to get through 🤬

I don’t work for Walmart but my best friend does.She has worked for them for over 13 years. She stays there because she needs the job to survive. I can tell you the reason they hate their jobs is because Walmart is constantly screwing them over . Yes , I know it is easy to say “well then quit” but people aren’t working at Walmart because they love it, they are there because they have to work . My friend had to train someone n that got hired at a pay rate more than my friend. They took away their vacation pay all the while trying to make themselves look good by announcing all the good their doing. I hate shopping at Walmart because nobody their is nice and the reason is Walmart . The next time someone is rude to you that works there , don’t take it personal .

I hate that the employees expect for you to bag & put stuff in the cart. I have to remind them every time that i do not work for walmart & the store is named walmart not bag and save. They have the worst customer service ever

I've never had a Walmart employee to be rude, actually they've been very very helpful,they always escort me to the isle that has the product i need. The cashier are always courteous and friendly. the one complaint I have is that the isles are not well organized, items are not where they should be,prices are not on display and this is frustrating.

They need to restock all there stuff including the pet isle, I had to go to 75th ave to get my dogs SHAMPOO and other items, n had to get what they don't habe at 35th ave... This is the only walmart that's close to us, which sucks...

Wal-Mart is the WORST store to go for ANY reason! Save yourself time and frustration by simply never shopping at Wal-Mart!!!! I hope this helps....
