I would have give them a 0. Alice (short Mexican American lady) who works customer service is rude. She opened the check cashing/money order after 8am took her sweet time putting up the movie style barriers told me to MOVE( I guess I was in her way?) When I jokingly said that she had fans waiting for her...she told me that she doesn't rush for anyone. She finally got to me after 7 min I was the 1st in line out of 8 people that were waiting...8:08 she asked what do you need? Rude, late...told me that she's been working for Walmart for 17 years....Its time that Alice retires. I called corporate and I've been trying to call the Store Manager Geraldine. Corporate told me that they were going to speak with ops after my call. Please get rid of her or put her in the warehouse. This woman has NO business working customer service.

We attempted to purchase Legos in the toy section which were locked up. After pressing the button, and waiting 10 minutes. I contacted the ladies at the cosmetics dept. They radio a person over, after an additional 10 minutes no one showed up. We saw another associate walk by, after another 10 minutes they tried to get someone with keys no one came after over 35 minutes. Extremely dissatisfied as I am a regular customer, I spend over $300 a week at this store. My son was looking forward to getting his Legos. Also called the store phone number several times, and someone kept hanging up. Horrible customer service.

Walmart has gone downhill in the last few years. The Walton's stay rich because they to greedy. If each of them invested half of their millions into the stores employees would be happy customers would be.happy and they would make it back in a year.

Went today to get a few things. As one of the things we grabbed was displayed for a different price then it actually was. The lady Kathrine in self check out walked all the way over to investigate and she came back with the proper ones. She was very helpful
