As i said in the survey, there is an unfortunate pattern in the TJX companies. I have experienced this regularly in Webster NY and in this Marshalls at colonade. One cashier is helping everyone, while 3 other cashiers do not open their registers or look down and pretend to be busy for any length of time. (Because of this, I stopped shopping in Webster for a year, and dicovered i enjoy Kohls and other stores that didn’t have this problem. Today in Phoenix i watched a cashier breaking coin roles into her drawer for 3(?) minutes. 3 other women were behind the counter walking around. i waited patiently. Finally i rolled to the counter and she said she wasn’t ready yet. She continued with her coins. Very disappointing. The one cashier who rang out the gentleman in front of me, took care of me and was fabulous. She was efficient and pleasant. If this is simply the process and these people are truly working, well that’s fine. It just appears to be selective. However prior to this, past year, i always loved the webster stores (TJMaxx and Homegoods).

Cashier was very nice and they have a very wide selection of items at good prices. The store was cleaner than competitors.

Probably the best Marshall’s in The Valley with very friendly associates and even some high end designer men’s clothing on occasion.
