Attempted to purchase a car recently, but due to the sales staff inability to communicate effectively they sold the car that I had taken time to look at, and been trying to put an offer on. The rest of the experience was fine, staff was professional in person and facilitated my test drive, dealership is very nice, etc. But lack of follow up caused me to miss out on a car I had been searching for months to find.

I had one of the BEST car purchase experiences of my life at the Audi Downtown Los Angeles dealership thanks to my salesperson Erik Guzman. From the moment I walked inside the showroom to test drive, to the handover of the keys a couple hours later, Erik was honest, kind, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time. I negotiate for a living, but Erik and his manager made the process so smooth and stress-free by cutting to the bottom line. It's wonderful to have a happy, win-win transaction where both parties feel good about the deal and the integrity of the process. As a woman and a minority walking into a car dealership, I felt especially welcomed by Erik. I would absolutely come back to Audi Downtown LA in the future — both because their vehicles are beautiful but also because Erik Guzman made the experience so positive and joyful.

This dealership is absolutely terrible. The customer service is beyond disappointing. Took my car in to get looked at and they held my car for over an entire week without looking at it. The only reason they looked at it was because I called several times, and even then was after 7-8 days that they even gave it a look. When I refused service because of outrageous prices, it took them another few days to “put the parts” back together. Absolutely ridiculous to allow people to be without a car for an extended amount of time, that’s stealing from someone. Rude and disappointing. Have some common decency.

Although they can get busy, make an appointment. They have coffee and Wi-Fi while you wait.
It's always a good idea to make an appointment.
Can't day without knowing the mileage. It's best to check with the dealer because there can be a few different factors that could play a part in the cost.
