Spoke to Fidel G he showed me the 2022 Honda Accord sport. Fidel was very Knowledgeable, pleasant , great customer service in understanding what i was looking for. He tried hard to earn my business. The only reason I didn’t buy was because of the markup & accessories installed on car. We were too far apart to make a deal. My experience was great other then his manager who was very abrasive. Fidel did a great job. This dealership is charging $9999 markup plus dealer installed accessories. They were willing to Negotiate 🙄. UPDATE : I Was able to purchase my new Honda Accord sport SE on 4/16/22 from Auto Nation of Costa Mesa @ MSRP plus $1500 in dealer installed accessories. No markup and they let me reserve car without any issues. It was the Best Deal out there by Far.

As of today my experience with airport marina honda has been the worst experience I’ve had at a dealership. Not only did I bring my car in one issue that they stated was corrected , but my car ended up leaving with an entirely different issue. Which they are claiming isn’t there fault. I now have a nail in my tire that they will not take ownership for and in which they allowed me to pick my car up thinking it was safe to drive when it wasn’t. I called to have this issue addressed where I was met with one of the rudest managers I’ve ever spoken to by the name of Lyle. Who when I asked for the GM number and email. He laughed and said he’d put it on a post it. I highly recommend going to a different dealer where they aren’t going to claim to repair one thing and then try and add on issues to then add to the total for repairs. I will never bring my car back here for safety concerned and due to the people that work at that location. Please be smart with your vehicles as well as your money.

The best team is here at Airport Marina Honda. I came here to have a maintenance check up on my 2018 Honda Accord and ended up buying my car! My 3 year lease ended and I wasn't sure what to do. While waiting for my car, I spoke with Mike Acosta who gave me all the options. Mike has helped me with my leases since 2009. I test drove the new Honda 2021 Accord, with Mike wearing a mask, face shield, sitting in the back seat with the windows open. I felt very Covid safe! Danielle Juarez ,the service director followed up with me to make sure I was happy. Lyle Ota is someone I have dealt with over the years, so I always request him, but these days he oversees the service department. Paula Zapien was my service coordinator and she found coupons I could use! Brian Twoomey is the general manager and he always makes sure to say HELLO. He worked with Mike Acosta to make sure I got a great deal for my car loan. Overall, I love these guys! They treat their customers well and this is why I have been loyal since 2009! The dealership is very Covid safe. The table for the customers are well assigned, 6 feet from staff. Each desk has a plexi shield. I saw the tables and chairs cleaned while waiting. Overall, I truly feel like I am very special here with such VIP treatment. It is such a rarity when one is treated with such kindness by the entire staff. I do not understand the 1 star reviews. December 23, 2021 Today I went in for my oil change. I scheduled my appointment online. I knew exactly how much it would cost. Upon arrival, I waited in my car and Monica Giles approached and was going to be done. A service guy promptly placed a plastic sheet on the driver's seat and paper on the floor. I was told they were a bit behind schedule, but I didn't mind waiting. Inside the chairs are spaced 6 feet apart. There are no pastries and coffee machine at this time due to Covid protocol. Everyone treated me with respect. Thank you Airport Marina Honda!

My experience with Sandra, Mark, Bijon, and the finance team at this dealership was top notch. I rolled my Tacoma just days prior to finding this one in their inventory and this team got me on the road so quickly and professionally. Highly recommend this dealership and their team! Thank you!

Its best to look at all options first they are higher interest rates and i found a better deal even after they teied in house finance. I got the payment i wanted and the best interest rate I've had in a long time.
