I am a frequent shopper at this location. It’s been a great experience up until today. It’s 4th of July weekend and I was looking through all departments of the store for deals for me and my family. I went from the mens department to kids to women's and noticed that every where I turned this employee was following me every move. I stopped and confronted and asked him why are you following me? He replied with I’m doing customer service in a very arrogant demeanor. I expressed to him that it was making me feel uncomfortable and that I was a loyal card member with Kohls and I needed him to stop. I requested that I wanted to speak to his manger in which came this nice young lady by the name of Mikoela who kept apologizing under her breath for his actions as if she knew he was in the wrong. I advised her that I was not upset with her I thought I also needed to speak with her supervisor she was forthcoming with her store managers information which I’m looking to reach out to tomorrow but the worst of this whole situation is that as I was paying he decided to stand there by the doors and watch me as if he was going to catch me as I was walking out to see if I really was going to steal something keep in mind I spent over $200 on my Kohl’s credit card and he still felt the need to harass and bully me. So be aware shoppers you have a difficult employee who asking for a lawsuit.
