You can't turn left out of the garage and everyone drives way too fast. They do have an air station for tires though that can in very handy.

There are visitor parking spaces and parking kiosk machines on the first level of the garage. There's also some visitor parking spots in the nearby Via Ortega garage also. Same parking kiosk machines there. You input your license plate and credit card for payment.
There is paid parking on the first level Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm. Outside of those hours it's free
