The parking was fine. The area was a bit sketch and it could do with more signage for pedestrians to reenter the garage to get their cars. We walked through several "No Pedestrians" areas because we didn't know where to enter.

I just got off the phone with this location and I had a terrible experience here! First I prepaid for my weekend stay. I chose their Park and Stay program that supposed to cost $15 a day. I stayed from Friday afternoon to Monday evening. That's 4 days total. I was charged online about $60 online which was very fair. They make it seem like you are paying for the day but it's to the exact minute. On my way out, I was charged an additional $42.50 for staying over 5 minutes later than my time that I stated. I didn't think I was being charged for the exact minute to get out. I was under the impression I had paid for the whole day. When I spoke to the lady who answered the phone, she was extremely rude, did not let me finish my sentences. Just said anything over 1 minute late is a $42.50 charge. No exceptions. I feel that this is very shady business practices. There are many other parking garages in the area. I will NOT go back here again and I would NOT recommend this location to anyone. If you decide to use this location, make sure you check your debit or credit card for bogus charges. Terrible experience!!!

AWFUL PARKING PLACE. It’s been under construction forever and as a monthly customer, I can say they don’t care about customers safety or welfare. COVID protocol doesn’t exist. They have 1 elevator working for days for 8 floors of parking. You need to wait almost an hour with you want to get a ride with 2 people only (as it’s supposed to be) and if you don’t have time, join me at this full elevator during COVID still times. No stairs open too. So it’s no options at all. Available hand sanitizer? Of course not. Touch the elevator button 50 times to try to get in and clean it your self! Oh go the office and talk to the manager then. Well, he said he is doing whatever he can and that’s it. I can’t wait for my company to move parking lot soon and never more have to step in this one.

What a mess! I was very nervous parking there...the construction was a mess. Signage is confusing and the machines to pay were broken. Boston is always such a nightmare lately. Everything is looking so run down! From the airport to the tunnels, the trains to the parking garages! Come on Boston let’s get it together!! The whole city needs a renovation! I cannot imagine being an out of town-er. Where are all these tax $ going?!

Only pay when leaving. Cash on 3rd floor exit, otherwise through the machines with debit or credit card
no per hour. flat rate.. cheaper than most others around block
Garage height is 6'2"
Honest if you're talkin about the train ticket itself then you will not have to pay any delayed or onboard ticket purchase additional costs as for parking I usually don't drive in and I apologize I hope you find your answer happy New Year and God bless and stay safe and healthy
I would imagine so.
I'm sorry I moved out of Boston
Depends how you renting the space. It can cost significantly less If use spothero like app
Very close to the T stop, just a block away.
$39 for 2 hours or more
If you do it online its about 20 bucks
It really isn't cheaper online because they actually charge a fee. I actually paid less in person than online. Now I'm talking about for games and concerts.
Probably
No
