The proximity to so much of what is fun in Boston is great and the garage always seems clean but it could be the WORST design of any parking garage I have ever seen. Confusing at best and dangerous at wors,t...to find spots, which are often very small and obstructed you need to go down dead ends. This means you need to either back out of the lane or make a 10 point turn...with people wandering around. After you have finally found your parking place, when you return to leave, you will have the pleasure of enjoying the garage for another 20-30 minutes as you try to exit. The line to GET OUT was even longer than it took to find parking. The machines that take the tickets do not work properly and the staff can do very little to help. It's an awful experience all around.

Went to park there yesterday for the Red Sox game. Sign outside says parking available, but drove around for 15 minutes and unable to find a spot. Then go to leave and they charge me $13. That is completely ridiculous.

Absurd price. I stayed for a few hours and paid US$ 44. By the way, parking your car in Boston is very expensive, try to avoid it.

Outrageous price for 3h on a Sunday morning. We validated our ticker in Prudential Center but the discount did not apply because we entered before 9:30am. What a joke!

It depends on the time you are parked.
If you spend at least $10 at one their stores/restaurants, the store, itself, will validate it, and you get a discount rate of $15, for up to 4 hours of parking. Hope it helps.
