Vehicle roof damaged by garage low clearance. Vehicle height restriction bar is severely inaccurate. Attendant on duty claimed I would have no issue and it crushed the roof of my truck. No one from the garage will respond to my emails about fixing the issue.

The garage you asked the question about is on the Parcel 7 or Haymarket garage. The one under construction or whatever they are doing is the Government Center garage. I don't think they are going to fully deconstruct it, but sort of blend whatever is left into the Bullfinch Crossing project.
Lots of places in the North End validate. And every vendor inside the Boston Public Market validates. https://www.northendboston.com/park/
The best deal is if you park for 3 hours or less and visit a vendor in the Boston Public Market or a nearby restaurant. Then you can get your ticket validated and it's just $1 per hour (up to 3 hours).
