Parking here is a complete ripoff. Incompetent staff and management, direction arrows on floor literally point in opposite direction from those on overhead signs (has been this way at least since we started parking here last November, surprised this hasn't resulted in accidents/litigation), payment processing is unnecessarily confusing. To add insult to injury, monthly parking rates were raised by ~20% a few months ago with ZERO NOTICE. They get away with all of this, of course, because they have a captive customer base, but it's really gross.

They don’t post their real prices so if you like being robbed of money then go park there- they charged us over $50 for parking between 3am and 8am on a weekday (basically Friday) They had a post saying it’s $20 but refused to giro that. DO NOT PARK there

Pay meter in the lobby is broken and obviously has been for a long time due to the extremely worn sign taped to it. So now that everyone has to pay by credit card at the gate upon leaving, we were stuck waiting to get out for 45 minutes! Not worth the cheaper price! Pay more money and don't get stuck in that nasty dingy parking garage!
