Great location but they will try to get extra money out of you. They put a notice on our properly parked car saying that since we did not pull through to the spot in front of us (illegal to pull through a parking space in MA), they put a boot on the car and we had to pay a fine to move the car. I noticed there was no boot on the car and we asked an attendant and he said it was just a “warning.” I recommend parking elsewhere to avoid the extra headache.

Plenty of parking when we entered, but that might just be because it's so expensive. Entered at 3pm on a Monday and exited at 8am next morning. $70.

Cleanest, most professionally employed garage. 10/28/21 update: prices have gone up significantly. It's still a discount to book online in advance.

Very clean garage but poor customer service. I purchased a parking pass for two days by mistake instead of one day. When trying to speak with a parking attendant they were extremely dismissive of the situation. I contacted ParkWhiz who is a third party parking app whom I purchased my parking pass from, they were unable to refund part of the expense because the garage was denied any refund.
