My optometrist wouldnt adjust my glasses to my liking. I called walmart to see if they can. It was driving me insane. The woman was very friendly on the phone and told me to come in. She adjusted them and now theyre perfect!!! Thank you!!

I am from out of the area but wanted to get my glasses from Lydia at Walmart. She does the best job explaining the process and has helped several of my friends get the coolest glasses. That fir great and look terrific. She checked into my insurance for me and found that she wasn't a participating store and helped direct me to someone in my local area. That to me is exceptional customer service!
