Shirly Futch Plaza is at the end of our block. They are great neighbors, their grounds are lovely and well kept. The residents always have a smile and a waive for me and my dog as we walk past. Like Crystal Park, it's close to LVHN ExpressCare and Hospital, the Loder Senior Center, doctors, restaurnts and shops on Crystal Street.

Not sure senior live goes by your income

Hello, I am moving to PA soon as possible. I have one cat, and would like to know how long is your waiting list. I need a one bedroom apt. I am 62+ and a lot of steps are hard for me. If your waiting list isn't too long can I get an application

You can ask public housing or go to Shirley Fitch Plaza and ask in person or call them

Are there any 1 bedroom available for handicapped person? What is your rent?

Yes they have one bedroom apartments for handicapped on first floor. Have to apply and be put on a waiting list
