This is by far the worse company I have been dealing with. We had our home built by these people. And let me tell you, stay away from them. They were quick to raise the value of our home for 40k because of the pandemic and after closing we were told that any issues would be fixed within 30 days after closing, we have had a bunch of things that are still not fixed 6 months later. Save yourself the headache. They’re unprofessional, they do not care about a single thing that happens to the house after you close and when you call or stop by the office to reinstate what the issues are they still don’t do anything to fix it. I never leave bad reviews but this is beyond me. Please look into the company before signing a contract. I do not recommend this company to anyone !

My journey with LTS came from a sign on I80 my husband and i were interested in a house but we were tired of seeing they ones for sale there was always an issue, something to fix etc, so we had giving up for some time until i saw the LTS sign and i asked my husband if maybe we should consider building this was late 2019. I called and made an appointment with them just to see and that was the best decision we made. Louie is amazing he is very detailed and he explains everything thoroughly, he has a lot of patience. we went through different options and different houses until we decided on the we wanted to built at the beginning of 2020, but that was also when covid was at its peak so things were very delayed a lot of back and forth and we had things to work on before getting to the building portion, fast forward to 2021 our house starts getting built but covid was still a huge issue, people didnt want to work and material being super expensive, i would call them and complain literally every Thursday after their meeting but regardless of how much i complained what was LINDA & RITA always understood and always tried to calm my nerve. Rita is great at her job she will have you fall in love with just the image of your house the moment you start picking what goes inside of it and shes so patience (i was rude at times but i apologized it was frustration) I will a million percent recommend LTS if interested in building a home, they take the time to address your needs, they become like family to an extent throughout the process and they build beautiful homes, we are grateful for this experience it wasnt easy but it was worth it thanks to the amazing staff Rita, Louie, Linda and Keith the project manager who was amazing all around and attentive to all out concerns and accommodations. we love our house and cannot wait to enjoy it for the years to come.
