You can drop off the pen. Please call ahead to confirm that you will be able to enter the building at a given time. It will be determined if the pen can be repaired easily while you wait, or if the pen will have to be sent back to our main office for repair.
Thank you for response Chris. Unfortunately I can only visit during weekends or after 6 on weekdays but you guys close at 4 PM🙁
