Pen heaven, great place. Mr P offers amazing service.I bought some pens as gifts, all of them where home runs. Had mine repaired as well. I have a pen guy.

Questions & Answers

Can I walk-in for a pen nib repair?

Keyur Mandani | Oct 20, 2021
Chris Sullivan | Oct 20, 2021

You can drop off the pen. Please call ahead to confirm that you will be able to enter the building at a given time. It will be determined if the pen can be repaired easily while you wait, or if the pen will have to be sent back to our main office for repair.

I was given the walnut cased Conklin fountain pen for Christmas and it will not feed. I replaced the nib with a new flex nib and the feed is still poor. I have shake the pend five or six times each time I use it. What do I do? Dr. J. A. Menger

I would call in and make an appointment with Doc. He's great and can rectify most problems with pens.
