2 trips a day. 1 bulk item per trip & 8 bags per trip. If you're using a uhaul, box trucks aren't allowed. Uhaul pick up trucks & vans are fine.

You can dump. There are certain restrictions as to how much and what types of material can be dumped. Drivers license showing you are a Baltimore resident will be needed
