I brought my MacBook Air here after my cat spilled a cup of water on top of it, so it was badly water damaged. The people at Juvix fixed my laptop at a very reasonable cost and it only took about 2 weeks. The Genius Bar at the Apple Store didn't even have any appointments available when I needed to take my computer in -- I would have needed to wait almost a full week to even get an appointment there. I called Juvix, and they took my computer to look at it the same day. I would highly recommend this place for any tech issues or problems you have!

Good afternoon, Please choose another tech repair company. My experience with Juvix has been nothing but disappointing and downright disrespectful. My 15 year old daughter dropped off 2 laptop devices on June 10th. The gentleman doing intake offered to purchase the laptops from her for $30. When she declined the offer, the intake person became very rude. It took 2 weeks for a return call for pickup. Upon arrival, I was told that u needed to pay and additional $80 for a mother board. I called on this past Friday to check on the remaining device. I was told that the wrong motherboard was ordered and it should be ready today. I called today and we are still waiting g for the part to be delivered. Please stay away! Very unprofessional and I will NEVER return.

Turned out, my laptop issue was pretty simple and I was in and out of there in under 10 minutes. I was even impressed with the etiquette - when I came in, the worker at the front desk was on the phone, but still took a second to acknowledge my presence. But before he could deal with me, someone came from the back to help me and I was on my way. Overall, very helpful and friendly and will gladly trek out there for my computer needs.
