Waited in the drive thru for an hour and had no way to get out of line. My first and last time here . The worst experience ever.

I had a great experience at this branch today. Sandra greeted me promptly upon arrival and was able to reset my pin. I did have some other business there and the tellers were like remote. You pick up the phone to speak with them and have to talk to a screen. I really didn't care for that... It felt like prison (safety feature, I guess) 😂😂😅 buttttt on the flip side of that, the tele-teller was really friendly and fasssttt. Lightening speed.

Worst branch ever. No one ever receives the phone. I was on hold for more than 20 minutes and all the machine kept on repeating is "all representative are currently busy" . This happened to me more than 4 times. No one ever wants to pick up the phone!! Very poor customer service!!!

Can you still go inside to use the ATM in the vestibule? The line is extremely long at times at the Bayview location's outside drive thru ATM.
