The people in the office are very rude.

I wish you wouldn't say I visited... I'm only walking pass this establishment.
The Mrs
Michelle Lee is unprofessional and shows prejudice. She will deliberately make peoples lives hard because she can it's like she has no moral compass. If it wasn't for her I would have given regional management 4 stars. Most of the RMI staff is kind and professional.

Its true. Its embarrassing on how the condition of these homes are. Highly disappointed.
Yes
Not sure but you can transfer money in their account
You can sign off on your lease but let's say you're on a yearly contract you have to pay for what ever month you are in at the time plus 2 months ahead, I had to do it recently with my ex bc we split ways so now I'm paying them a minimum of 50 a month until I pay off the 1800 that is due for the 3 months after signing my lease off
You’ll need three consecutive months of employment. It’s a reasonable company to live with. They don’t baby their tenant but expect responsible tenant as any other property management company does.
Yes. But you have to take the payment to their corporate office downtown. Its better than mailing it.
Yes, but check your Bill Pay rules. I found out Wells Fargo doesn't cut the check from your account until the day you stipulate. So if your rent is due say on the 9th have bill pay to send it at least 5 days ahead of that date, they actually mail it to regional. It really made no sense. Regional did not receive the payment until 15th, but I called them to let them know it was coming. That's when she advised sending it 5 days in advance of due date.
Yes
I'm aware of a few stipulations that WILL allow you to come out of a lease without having to pay the remaining months and that is if you purchased a home or military service deployment and I think marriage and there maybe more BUT I would contact the rental agency beforehand and ask them. They can definitely let you know the details AND if they are able to work something out with you.
Not really. As long as you make enough to pay the rent and your credit is okay you should be good. Give them a call to get any other details.
They have appartments in three different locations. 1- Town houses in dundalk 2- Town houses and apartments by Moravia rd. 3- Town houses by southeastern close to Washington blvd. For more information visit thier website.
Check out the Regional Management Inc website for all of the apartment locations
