The worst place to live don't ever rent from them and when u break ur lease b cuz of there dirty ass apartment they have a nerve to take u to court and garnish ur money

Well I have sufferred long 9 years with them and yet right now my apt have mice and Comcast left holes in walls when they were fixing their cables it's been 3 months I call them every week to fix the issue but no avail if you love your family and yourself never ever try to rent from RMI

I've rented from them for three years and only had one minor problem and it was fixed immediate. Anytime I put in a maintenance request it's fixed within a week of me asking. Very well kept property.

Facts! Never rent from them they will definitely sue you. And whats crazy right now they making young people work overtime to qualify for these cheap apt. Smh. I had two friends try to apply for apartment and was turned away. Sad!!

I have been here for 3 years but moving out they are saying I did not pay rent for last month when I have a bank statement of my money order and if they still say I owe them all rent then will be moving out of this crappy place by end of month.
