There is a limit of 2 trips per day. Commercial dumping is not allowed. This is a service for city residents only. County municipal dumps will accept construction waste. To my knowledge no exceptions are made for landlords.
Don't think there's a limit, no Construction material must have a city address on your id
If you are a Baltimore city resident, You can fill your non commercialised vehicle to it's capacity (no construction material). And there is a limit of 2 trips per day.
