Yes, if you call customer service/tech support you can inquire about a network extender. It works off of your home internet and will boost your signal. I had almost zero service in my home but after I got one it fixed my problems.
Verizon claims the were denied a tower in Gran Paradiso an this is why coverage in our area sucks. I M in IslandWalk and I can only get usefulness of my phone is to connect to my wi-fi when at home.
