I recently purchased a new iPhone 14. I was having the usual problems, old guy new technology. I want to give the whole staff a big shout out especially to Jefferson. The man had the patience and tenacity to solve the problem whereas I would’ve given up, handed it back to me and said “It’s broken take it back where you got it”. Great service great product. I highly recommend. 👍👍

I thought I would share my opinions and thoughts about the specific location, overall used to come here for plenty of years had great service as a clean place. My last experience left me in distraught I receive such poor customer experience from arrogant workers who tried to shoo me out and not even make a sale. Let alone even consider my needs I was in need of a new phone that time of day and he kept insisting to wait which I can’t but help call that a poor sale, but for their own sake will not say the name of the employer but just thought I’d let everyone know a lot of the staff is not like this. Except for some inpatient individuals that work here, this is the second time it has happened, but it could’ve been a bad day or concern but probably not thanks.

Yes, if you call customer service/tech support you can inquire about a network extender. It works off of your home internet and will boost your signal. I had almost zero service in my home but after I got one it fixed my problems.
Yes you must register it with Zagg. You should have the box you purchased it in. Register it, then put in a claim. There is a shipping and handling fee of $6.99 or so. You then send back the broken screen and they don't charge you. No limit on replacements. Btw I cracked mine the very first day! Uhh
Yes.
YOUR OLD SIM CARD WILL WORK GOOD IN YOUR NEW PHONE
Y would you do that when all you'd have to do is switch out the Sim card & to through the setup process. If you're old phone isn't coming back on, try using the directions to boot in safe mode found online or in your user manual. Make sure your phone is plugged in as the battery might be at 0 charge. If that doesn't work, your screen might just need to be replaced. Try that or have a cell phone repair place look at it. Cost is similar to picking up another phone online even if it is the screen. Hope that helps, but yes the Verizon store people should be able to assist you set that up & transfer any data, for a fee
