It took a few minutes to be seated , there were 5 other one else in the restaurant . I don't think I was seen by anyone while I was standing at the podium. . My order was taking quickly. The food came out quickly. It was done just as I asked. However since the company was sold the decorations have all gone away and it loses his family down home charm. Somewhat sterile now. A bit of a disappointment.

Absolutely horrible food and management. The cooks cross contaminated the food. Lucky we didn't eat it or probably would have had food poisoning. The only edible thing on a steak dinner was the dinner roll. Then the manager wouldn't even come out and address the problem. To scared I guess or embarrassed. The only staff that was good was the waitresses doing their job and managements job. Very sad don't think I'll go back and recommend if you cherish your health you won't either. Thanks for ruining date night.

I normally avoid chain restaurants but breakfast places - and despite all the other offerings I consider this a breakfast place first - are a different issue for me. Biscuits, pancakes, omelets, et cetera, when I'm in the mood, Bob Evans has always been high on my list of go-to spots. There are no surprises, just really good, freshly made, quickly served food in enough quantity that you will be full when done. And it's always staffed by polite people who know what they're doing. The know the menu inside & out. You ordered an omelet? You want hash browns or home fries with that? Toast (what kind?), banana bread (seriously) or biscuits? And your order will be exactly what you asked for. You will be checked on enough that you'll not need to flag anyone down but not so often as to be disruptive. The booths are comfy, the music being played is very much in the background. A great place for the family to have a relaxing meal without rushing or pressure. Always has been.
