First problem is the PRICE! Close to $800 @ year is TOO HIGH when LA FITNESS and others are $120 per year. Save your money, folks. Second problem . There are TOO MANY RULES. No cell phone talk is allowed in the …Bruce, Bruce, Bruce... don't even quite know where to begin with you, buy I do want to sincerely thank you for this perspective of yours, because it simply confirms that our decision here to permanently remove you from our community was the correct one. For the record, we are a private club on an island, and charge 60/month to our raving fan base of customers. Our insurance company does not allow cell phone conversations on the exercise floor, and quite frankly our entire community of customers thinks it's rude for you to converse next to them on the treadmill. WE ARE A POLITICAL FREE ZONE AND HAVE CHOSEN NOT TO PARTAKE IN THE CNN/FOX WARS, RATHER ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO ESCAPE FOR A FEW MINUTES AND FOCUS ON THEIR EXERCISE. Again, our entire community of members appreciates this policy, and thinks that you have been rude and selfish by being the only one here who ignores the policy. Regarding heavy breathing, there is this thing now called Covid, apparently they say, you should not grunt, groan, and heavy breath in other peoples faces, just sayin! Again, the entire community here finds this behavior of yours ignorant and selfish. And then there is the entire member base Bruce that thinks you should just take one parking space when you come, and not straddle two. The member base also thinks it is selfish to hang all your gear of the adjacent cardio pieces so they cannot use them. Oh, and yes we do sell water, it's a $1, but sticking with the theme of "it's all about Bruce Weneck" I guess your right, we could have made it free, for just you of course, because none of the other common courtesy protocols in your mind seem to apply to you either. AND THEN, there was my all time favorite episode... when I came in and found frost on the windows because you had turned the air down to 54 degrees! I asked you if you did it, and you LIED like a child and said no, at which point I pulled the video, and shared the footage with you! Then your membership was revoked, then you came back begging for mercy for your deceptive behavior, and we decided to give you a second, I mean forty second chance!!! Thank you again for the review because when people read it, and read how we respond, and understand how we only want kind, courteous, and unselfish members who want to be part of our island fitness community, instead of your desired intent to damage our business it will actually generate more goodwill for us. Worked out here while on vacation. Worked with Bruce to get set up for a few days. He explained rates and hours and availability of early access if needed. Convenient location. Great equipment and very clean. Will definitely be back when we visit Siesta Key again.

A great island vibe for a great value! There is no where in town I would rather work out. Highly recommend for locals and visitors!
