Hello Sir, I am living in Colombia and i need to renew my passport. I tried the online platform but it does give any other city of residence apart from states in the US. Do you think it’s possible to renew the passport without traveling to US?

Yes its possible. Yoy have to post all your documebts needed to them and also have a return envelope. They will mail it back to you when its ready.
