You need to do the application ONLINE FIRST, then follow the instructions of items to bring with you etc. Online you can select 24hr, 48hr, or 78hours for you to pick up the visa. Michael, As a main requirement: At the time of Visa application, one shall submit a passport that is AT LEAST SIX(6) MONTH from EXPIRING. This I think is standard for almost all countries because the minimum visa duration issued is 6 months. Please, I do advice you to get a new U.S. passport(two weeks or even faster for expedite service). Get the passport and apply for the Ghana visa(with expedite service) and you will you get your visa within 2- 3 business days. See you in Ghana in December!

Vero, you really dont need the yellow fever proof when applying, however you many want to get that shot before you leave for Ghana(again, it's best to consult with your primary physician or caregiver).
