As a UAE National, I always love how the UAE government support us locally and internationally and whatever we would give back would never be enough. I have gone on a difficult and unexpected situation at midday yesterday in one of Times Square Hotels in NY due to hotel booking oversight, and I was asked to leave immediately since my room has been sold to another visitor. As a female it was difficult to find out another hotel in a busy city like NY and busy season as well. So my only door that I knocked was UAE embassy in US in which I was transferred to the consulate in NY who immediately extended the support via Ms/Mrs Suhaila and Mr. Samer who took immediate actions by securing the right place within 2 hours of the matter with full piece of mind and follow ups with me personally to ensure am safe and comfortable. Thus, with whatever I would write here is not enough to thank and appreciate. I am always proud of being Emirati. Thanks UAE Government, thanks Ms/Mrs Suhaila, thanks to Mr. Samer from UAE consulate for all the support. Open and welcome doors are always open for us wherever we go.
