At check in the gentleman literally did not look up during the entire transaction. He was very short and they were not at all busy. AC is very loud. Bistro not open. No pool as listed on the website. Room was clean. Young lady at desk was nice. Probably will choose another location next visit.

This hotel is a quick 6 minute shuttle ride from the airport. We did need to call to request the shuttle, the people we spoke with were helpful and friendly. The front desk staff made check in quick and easy, which I was so grateful for having arrived at 1 am. They do have a small selection of food/drinks/necessities available in the lobby for purchase. Thats always helpful during travel. The room was clean and large, and had all the basics you'd expect as far as amenities. My absolute only issue was that the door to the room closes so slow behind you. As a woman, I'd feel much safer being able to close the door quickly behind me once I enter the room. Otherwise, everything exceeded expectations and I had a lovely stay! Oh, and no complimentary breakfast, in case that's important to your choice in stay.

Shuttle: Good wait time and pleasant driver. Front desk: Good customer service, checked us in right away. Lobby: Fireplace, great layout of room with variety of seating. Large sections divided and has own t.v.'s. Complimentary Continental Breakfast: Only had Orange 🍊 juice, Apple 🍎 🍏 Juice. Cereal: Fruit Loops, Blueberry 🫐 muffin, Bagels 🥯 and coffee section. Rooms: Gorgeous King bed rooms! Nice decor. Double bed rooms are bigger. All beds are comfortable and so are the pillows. Larger t.v's, microwave and mini-fridge. Bathroom: Glass door showers, large sink area. Some towels were more yellowish than white.

The room was clean and quiet. The hotel is going through some remodeling and debris was all over my car, but the park and fly amenity was well worth the dirty car. We were dropped off and picked up promptly. Both drivers were excellent and the check in staff were friendly and very accommodating. We will definitely be back
