This review is specifically for the Erlanger, KY facility. The room we were given was abysmal. The air conditioner, regardless of how we adjusted the climate control, would not shut off all night, and everyone was freezing. Then, the following morning, while everyone is attempting to get dressed for a wedding, the air conditioner stops, and the temps just keep rising. It is two FULL SIZE BEDS, NOT QUEEN BEDS. In what world are hotels still supplying full size beds? Three pillows, per bed, not four, , and the pillows were twin size bed pillows, extremely tiny and lumpy. The room had a bizarre moistness to the carpet, and everyone in our party decided to wear shoes the entire time in the room. The room was over $150/night, for the second week of June. No events going on, no huge demand, and they were nowhere near sold out. Yet, we've stayed at hotels between $120-$130/night, and had much better experiences. For a Radisson branded hotel, I would have expected much better.

The hotel was located in a nice place, with ample parking. However, we were not happy with the condition of the room and bathroom. We found bugs in our room. There were stains all over the walls. The bathroom shower had mold and the taps were loose. It seems like the hotel was recently renovated but the room we got had was not up to par. For the price we paid for this it was certainly very disappointed.

Stopped on our way from NY to Tennessee to get a few hours rest. The staff was AMAZING from the minute we checked in until we checked out. Beds were comfy, room was clean & perfectly located for us to take our little dog outside. Highly recommend & if we ever need to stop for some rest again while traveling through Ohio, hands down we will stay at the Country Inn & Suites!

The hotel was incredibly easy to find from the interstate, and we weren't expecting a Waffle House in the same parking lot so that was an added bonus. Came up last weekend for a concert and only stayed for one night and got a late checkout. The people working check-in Saturday were doing an awesome job despite being busy. We didn't get up in time for breakfast, but right now it's grab and go because they are short staffed (which I can completely understand!) so just keep that in mind when you're looking to book.
