If I could give negative stars I would. Kenya Government what is the point of having offices in New York when no one answers the phone? no one answers emails? getting access to enter the office is impossible. What are these people living lavida loca doing in New York? Close this office it is not serving Kenyans in New York.

Staff were courteous and very helpful. I was very impressed with the service that I received, not quite what I expected.

Unbelievable! Staff don’t communicate with each other to confirm future appointments and there is nothing planned! Why is this office open for e- passport services when the main DC office has no idea what’s going on in NYC office? Internet service and phone lines don’t work either its a MESS ! Especially when you have to leave work and family to travel into NYC on a weekday and return home with zero ! are you kidding? are they kidding ? nah … Step up professionally. it’s disgusting !

Hello Daniel, Right now the process to get a new passport is taking quite some time. On average it is estimated at 3 months or more. The timeline if renewed in Kenya may be different and likely faster.
Do you issue huduma number in Kenyan embassy in New York?
It is $50. I have mostly done it online. I have also paid when I landed in Kenya.
Yes it does, did my application for a lost passport at the NYC consulate
Hello Wanja, The process for passport renewal is taking quite sometime. The estimates are at 3 months or more for renewal if done from the United States. The timeline if renewed in Kenya may be different or likely faster.
Hi Lynda, yes you can go directly to the office in Manhattan. It's closed today because of Muslim holiday.
I got all the shots recommended, including yellow fever. I don’t know if it’s required for entry.
I believe the evisa is for 3 months - see if it says that somewhere on the visa.
I think this happens in all Kenyan embassies, they never answer their phones when they do they talk like it's not their job to answer Kenyans questions especially the DC office worst customer service skills, Sorry fellow kenyan I have been trying to get hold of someone for 2weeks too. I feel sorry for someone who needs emergency help.
The have never answered the phone 📱 for me either
They will process your Visa in Kenya. I was just there 2 weeks ago.
Take copy with you and show immigration officer at point of entry and they should accept it due to passport number.
How long will it take to get a visa to kenya
The past 3 times I have gone the eVisa process for Kenya took less than a week.
