Highly efficient, informative web site needs to be reviewed by customers before going to this office. It helps alot regarding preparation, required documents gathering. Making Online appointment cuts down the waiting time to nearly zero. Some employees MUST study the web site in detail and learn how to complete their daily responsibilities and not be in conflict with the written statements of the web site. According to the website, credit card payments are welcomed for services, eventhough some employee may haggle for payment in cash, as if a vendor making a sale on a street corner ... Overall, very good service is provided in this office.

First, find and search for the military service that your box is connected to. Explain the situation. They'll tell you what to do next, step by step. Or, go with your nearest TCs and get information.

Hello sir, I will try to help you to the best of my knowledge. Unfortunately, you cannot enter Turkey with a green card. For tourist visas that will not exceed 90 days, you need to make an appointment with the consulate here and apply. Also Schengen Visa will not allowed by Turkey. I've heard of something called electronic visa for foreign nationals. I don't know if it is valid for India, but I would say take a look at the page of the Turkish consulate.

I don't think it will happen, but if you call the consulate, you can find the most accurate information…

If you're an American citizen (you are since you have a US passport) you can obtain a tourist visa at the point of entry to Turkey. You have to apply ahead of time for all other visas.
I was born in Turkey, moved and became a US Citizen at 18years old.
I am moving permanently moving back to Turkey and would like to apply to have Dual Citizenship.

You can apply for a visa online or when you arrive in Turkey at the airport. It may be cheaper to purchase it there. Don't listen to others who say it isn't safe. People there don't have guns for the mist part and crime is much lower than in thw U.S. If you don't stir things up or look for trouble you'll be fine. Their rule of law is certainly problematic for journalists and others rightly or wrongly accused of the small
2016 military coup.
I already spoke with someone They told me law was change I have to deal with Turkish local service.i had all receipts included government bank, embassy documents us post etc anyway I am so upset sent these information all departments over year couldn't get result
You can always get your visa on www.evisa.gov.tr for 20 dollars only. However, if you are not leaving the airport or you do not have to go through the customs for any reason, Turkey does not require a transit visa.
You need to issue a passport with your Birth certificate. But since you were born in the USA, you should definitely take out both American and Turkish passports.
A very important detail, please confirm with your doctor that how many weeks it is, it is not calm to fly...

Hi I lost my Turkish birth certificate and I need to make an appointment to the Turkish Consulate since my birth certificate was issued February 7, 1976 the numbers doesn’t let me continue with the appointment can you help things in advance
silva kaytanlioglu | Oct 21, 2019
A.C. Celik | Oct 21, 2019
You can go without an appointment. The appointment schedule they have is so they can stagger the influx of people. They don't adhere to a strict appointment schedule. It's more like first come first serve. This is unless they are absolutely slammed. In that case you might be sent away.
There is no transit visa for Turkey. Consider only that you have to stay inside the airport. There is a transit desk when you get out of the plan and you’ll be guided by officers

If your living in the United States and apply for a visa you'll get turned down bc of the ongoing foreign affairs between the 2 countries have suspended all visa application from either side, but from recent nigocations between the two countries this ban will be lifted but probably will take 4-8 weeks

I received a Turkish visa in August, how can I find out if that visa will still allow me to travel to Turkey this month?
Andrew Bowen | Oct 21, 2018
Kelly Hamlin | Oct 21, 2018
Andrew, I had the same question so I visited the Consulate. A tourist visa is good for six months or up to 90 days consecutive stay. I had my eVisa issued in August and was in Turkey for a total of 3 weeks on two different trips. According to the representative, my visa is still valid until Jan. 31.
Of course, I can not guarantee the same for you, but there is a good chance we are in the same position. Best of luck, Kelly
