What are the thinks to bring in the park? Water shoes, towels, ??? Do I eat at the car,or carry my picnic lunch in. Are there tables for a picnic lunch?

There are tables. We were there Thursday June 21 and they had signs up saying no swimming or wading. Bring water and a hat and/or sunscreen. Be ready to walk.... it's primarily a walking and hiking park.

Yes there are tables to picnic at. Definitely bring water, and sunscreen/hat. Hiking only no swimming.

There are areas for picnics just off the main roads.
