Never answered the phone, never could get delivery - ordered online and stood 10 minutes at the counter trying to get the attention of staff to get my pizza when ready - no acknowledgement from staff - no hello - no just hang on - nothing - like I was invisible - left with no pizza - terrible

The SEDONA location is awesome. Their food is never over cooked and is consistent. The people are the best.

Called for carry out and the bill for three pizzas was $40 when they advertise $5.99 each. Person on phone said you have to order online for that special. Tried to order online for two pizzas and still $30. Called the store and the guy said “I don’t know anything about how the online works, that’s all corporate. Can’t help you” wow!!! That’s a bunch of garbage attitude!!

A recent order for delivery was a complete disaster. The delivery time was way longer than expected and was forecast by the Domino’s app. The app said the order was ready to be delivered but that status persisted long enough that I called the store to check on our order. I was told the app was wrong. Finally our order was delivered. We received the wrong salad and the pizza was inedible. (When we opened the box we laughed at what we found then figured out something else to eat for dinner.) When we complained we were offered a ridiculous solution for future orders. There won’t be any future orders!
