Hi, juniors can walk dogs on their own but ONLY if they are on a caregiving shift with adults. Junior volunteers cannot come when we are closed and walk dogs without an adult supervising them - preferably an adult volunteer but if it is not during caregiving time, then their parents must accompany them. The only time junior volunteers can take dogs for walks is if they are on a caregiving shift, being supervised by adult volunteer caregivers.
Juniors may walk dogs with no restrictions. They can be dropped off and then picked up up later. Parents don't have to stay.
