Hi! Sorry but we are not a vet nor can we offer veterinary services. There are some low cost spay neuter places that might treat things like this (do an internet search to see what you can find). Most vet visit exams are about $50, and medication would hopefully not be too much more expensive. Best to get it taken care of before it gets worse. There’s also Care Credit, something many people use to pay over time for veterinary care. Good luck and hopefully you can get him treatment soon!
