There is a cat that keeps coming to my house, ever since I have moved here. I do live by a busy street, I wouldn't want to find her hit by a car. I would like to know if I can surrender her to you, if possible. I borrowed a kennel and catch her?

Yes, give them a call, they are very good. They get animals from the county, so you may just want to call the county animal control to get this done. People might call the county animal control for a lost pet, probably not the Friends ... people.
