I agree with Travis Stephens. I would talk to your Housing Case Worker as soon as possible.
Talk to your specialist... Legally they turn into an adult, but if they were included in the lease prior they have at least until the lease is up to get things figured out. Worse case scenario they may have to find their own living situation when the next lease is worked out. Like I said talk to your housing specialist to get the best information especially the legal knowledge.
