Worst management company ever and the community manager at Chelwood Properties is MIA likely in LA LA Land! Won't do simple maintenence on property since they took over in June! Icing on the cake is they refuse to fix broken swamp coolers and turn your heat on after multiple requests! After reading all the other negative reviews it's quite possible legal action might be taken against them in the near future.

Hands down worst company i have ever worked for they did not pay for any overtime i did while i was on call which they would not give me any training or even a rundown i just started getting calls one night about main sewer lines backed up which was everynight and so many things about them was awful after a couple a weeks george was telling me they should of never hired me and i was not what they thought i was but i told them my exact expeirence and then they fired me in the morning after sending me to complete some work orders

Luis w apt 1629 b garden park you guys owe me 377$ Now with interest for deposit that was approved by your manager dalila in may. I move out April and you guys never answer my question or sent me my check! Do better give me my money back
