I would like to take out the time to inform the corporate office the Incredible job that the management team is doing here at Clarendon Park Apartments. This team goes above and beyond like nothing I have ever seen in a property management team. Maintenance is absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable in his work. I myself have worked multiple properties and Clarendon Park is by far a true diamond that stands out and shines above the rest. The only issue I am having currently is my neighbors upstairs who have no regard for me downstairs they are very loud and it has gotten to the point I am unable to sleep at night. I can only hope this amazing team here takes this seriously because I really love living here and shouldn't have to move. These apartments are beautifully done and you can see the attention to detail. So for those who want to leave negative reviews should really consider the tiredless efforts and detail that are being put into the homes. Management truly strives on perfection and that is how it should be. I feel that corporate should recognize this amazing management team here. So in conclusion I love living here and can't see myself living anywhere else. This is a company I would have the great pleasure of working for as well. The worst Property management company or company I have ever done business with. These people should be held accountable for their negligent business practices. I have never experienced a company that practices in such blatant bad faith in my life

Pretty sad I'm only leaving a review in hopes that someone from Chamberlain will contact me since office hours do not apply and their voicemail at the apartments I lived in do not allow you to leave a voicemail. Was suppose to turn my keys in today or get charged an extra day. Of course no one in the office, no way to get a hold of them. I left the keys with the maintenance guy on 9/15/22. It would be nice to actually talk to someone from this company. Should have been able to do a walk through instead of leaving my keys with maintenance. So it is 9/26/22 and I called the office in Arizona a lot of times. I was given an email and told the head person would reply and what do you know there has not been one reply from them. I've called the Valencia Apartments to see about my deposit and to see if we could ever do a walk through since I moved out weeks ago and surprise still no answer. So what do I need to do to actually talk to someone in charge at this company? To know I have voiced concerns and no response has been made back is saddening. I now see why this company has 1 star.
