Worst customer experience I have ever dealt with for leasing. There was a miscommunication on the day I moved in. No one would answer my phone calls for me to get my keys to the place. When I moved out, my online account was deleted but now I'm being charged late fees for not paying when there was no correspondence that I owed anything until now (3 months later!)

Need to change my rating. I use this company for over 5 years end I had one worker she work with me. I will not use dish company for nothing they do not care for the tenant or the owner. Worst company ever.

They rent out a shack to a guy at 1911 East Osborn who apparently is using it as a work space who blares loud music and bass from 12-7 everyday. I’ve phoned the police numerous times, have called the office and the problem still persists after 4 months. It’s a nuisance to many neighbors. Frustrating to say the least.

Nice Office great responce! Reanne is awesome! Easy process to rent! They make it nice when renting a house!
